Shocking❗ About-To-Wed Enugu Comrade Returns Five Hundred Thousand Naira Mistakenly Sent To His Bank Account by Federal Reps Member

The PDP Students Leader of Enugu South LGA who also doubles as the Youth Leader of Ohanaeze Ndigbo in same local government area, Comrade Fidelis Chijekwu Igwesi has on thursday, 8th December, 2022, reversed the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Naira which was wrongly transferred to his bank account by the Member Representing Udenu/Igboeze North Federal Constituency, Hon. Simon Chukwuemeka Atigwe.

Fidelis Igwesi is one of the vibrant young men in Enugu currently carving a niche for themselves in leadership. He hails from Akwuke-Uwani Autonomous Community in Enugu South LGA of Enugu State. It might also interest you to know that the young man who is currently a corp member with ID: EN/22B/1946 equally graduated with First Class from the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, as gathered by our correspondent.

It happened that in the course of planning his wedding/traditional marriage ceremony which is scheduled to hold this week Friday being 30th of December at Ugwuaji Awkunanaw, friends and associates have been financially supportive to him as one would do for any kind hearted fellow. Hence, he has been receiving credit alerts as support from people from different walks of life. Incidentally, on Tuesday, 6th of December, 2022, he was shocked when he saw a credit alert of Five Hundred Thousand Naira(#500,000) from an unknown person.

On sensing that the transfer was wrongly made, he proceeded to the bank to lay complaints and hence, applied for the money to be reversed to the sender.

Behold, this mobile transfer was done by the Member Representing Igboeze North/Udenu Federal Constituency, Hon. Engr. Simon Chukwuemeka Atigwe, who is also contesting for a second tenure under the People's Democratic Party PDP in the Enugu state.

While at the bank, he was asked by the bank staff, "why have you chosen to return this huge amount of money even when you know that you actually need it for your wedding event?" He replied, "The true test of a man's integrity is his ability to make the right decisions when no one is watching. That which belongs to me must surely come to me."
