  HON. OGBUEFI OZOMGBACHI BRIEF HISTORY AND LEGACIES (2003-2015)  Chief (Hon) Ogbuefi Ozomgbachi, the Ezechinyelugo of Mbanito community,Enugu state. He was born in January 1961 at Umana Ndiagu in Ezeagu Local Government Area. He is a graduate of Political Science from the renowned Panja University, Chandigarch, Indian. He also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Nagpur, also in India. After his NYSC in 1988, Chief Ozomgbachi, Ezekwesili of Umana Ndiagu, ventured into politics and because of his generosity and his capability he was elected the Chairman of Ezeagu Local Government Council (1990-1993). As the executive Chairman of Ezeagu, he embraced the philosophy of Ray Lyman Wilbur, which says that "unless you think for others and do something for them, you miss one of the greatest sources of happiness".
