Biafra: Northern elders attack Ohaneze for condemning move to rearrest Nnamdi Kanu

Biafra: Northern elders attack Ohaneze for condemning move to rearrest Nnamdi Kanu The Northern Elders’ Forum, NEF, has reacted to the position of Ohaneze Ndigbo on the move by the Federal Government to rearrest the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu. NEF, through its Chairman, Dr. Paul Unongo, condemned the apex Igbo socio-political group for criticising the Federal Government’s plan to rearrest Kanu. Buhari made the statement while addressing the country last Monday. Ojukwu, in an interview with Punch, claimed that Nigeria is “a product of negotiations”. He said: “I don’t think the tone of finality in the President’s speech is right. I have always said Nigeria is a product – a child – of negotiations.
