‌ Raphael Ede, Enugu THE Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry, Enugu, Nigeria, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, says the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), is being fed with lies by the people he surrounded himself with. Mbaka also accused security men in Enugu State of killing and dumping several bodies of some #EndSARS protesters into the Onyeama valleys. The controversial Catholic priest, who disclosed this during his Sunday ministration, asked Buhari to apologise to the country, especially the youth, on behalf of himself and his predecessors, who had also caused Nigerians so much pain. Mbaka, while delivering a message titled, ‘Impure Heart’, at the 2020 All Saints Day Holy Mass, stated that pure heart begets pure spirit while impure heart begets evil spirit. He alleged that many youths were being detained in various correctional centres across the state and the country, declaring that it was rather the Nigerian leaders that should be in those correctional centres. OYIGBO KILLINGS: Withdraw soldiers in 72 hours or face ICC, INC tells Wike

By Davies Iheamnachor. Oyigbo killings and genocide happening in Oyigbo Local Council of Rivers State are generating tension in the area and neighbouring South-East geo-political zone. The Igbo National Council, INC, yesterday, threatened to drag Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike,  to the International Criminal Court, ICC if he failed to withdraw the military within 72 hours as the governor said he did not order the military to kill Igbo in Oyigbo. This is as Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, decried the killings in the area and said that Governor Wike would not go scot-free. INC President, Chilos Godsent, gave Wike the ultimatum while speaking to reporters in Owerri after alleged reports he said showed that soldiers were killing innocent persons in Oyigbo (also called Obigbo) following the outcome of the #EndSAR protests. However, Governor Wike has responded that he never ordered soldiers to kill Igbo but the INC disagreed, saying that troo...

Wike won’t go free —Nnamdi Kanu

Angered by the killings, IPOB Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, yesterday,  warned that all those who have hand in the alleged ongoing killings of  ”innocent Biafrans” should know that vengeance is coming. In a statement by  IPOB’s Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, he challenged Governor Wike to take action and find the killers of his people instead of being an apologist to the military. The statement read: “Everybody that has a hand in the ongoing Obigbo genocide must know that vengeance is coming. It’s not a matter of if but when. And when it does come, apologists like Wike and the Nigerian Army must remember what happened at Obigbo. “There were riots and disturbances all over Nigeria. Nigerian Army and Police have killed and continued to kill hundreds of young people and in retaliation, young people attacked police stations. To single out the inhabitants of Obigbo for extermination is a vicious and evil undertaking and a calculated attempt by Wike to please ...

Nigerian Trumpkins and the disgrace of Donald Trump. By Femi Aribisala

By the time you are reading this, the American presidential election would be on its last leg. November 3, 2020, is election day in the United States, except that 95 million people have already voted as I am writing this. That means the election must be already baked. And that means, as far as I am concerned, President Donald J. Trump is already on the way to ignominious defeat. I have been having a ding-dong with Nigerian Trumpkins ever since Trump became the American president against the odds. I pointed out that Trump actually lost the election in 2016 to Hilary Clinton by no less than a whopping 3 million votes. He only became president because he obtained a measly total of 77,000 votes in 3 midwestern states: Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania. But Nigerian Trumpkins would have none of that. Trump himself went as far as declare that his 3 million deficit in the popular votes in 2016 were fake votes. However, the 77,000 votes that awarded him the presidency through the ant...
