OJI-RIVER STANDS STILL AS IJE AWELE MOVEMENT DRUMS MASSIVE SUPPORT FOR PDP CANDIDATES; BARR PETER MBAH, ENGR OSITA NGWU, ENGR ANAYO ONWUEGBU, AND HON JEFF MBAH.

 

Ije Awele Movement on Wednesday, 18th January 2023 continued its market sensitization drive across the state with its team storming Oji-River Local Government with the gospel of hope from Dr. Peter Mbah and the PDP in Enugu State. The group in recent times has embarked on massive door-to-door grassroots campaigns, transversing through various villages, and market areas mobilizing as well as growing the support base on Barr Peter Mbah and all PDP candidates amongst the grassroots. 

The convener of the movement Engr. Mike Ogbuekwe  who's comitment and mission is to ensure 100 percent victory for all PDP candidates in the 2023 poll and to educate the Mass on the vision and mission of Dr Peter Mbah was duly represented by the Director General (DG), Hon. Basil Ojengwa while speaking to the people of Oji-River buttressed the Vision of the Ije Awele Movement to be anchored on sound political ideologies as well as proven and viable economic policies. He further stated that the vision and ideology of the movement can be seen in the transcendental nature/ability of Barr. Peter Mbah who can be likened to the biblical Joshua, as his mission statement encapsulated in TOMORROW IS HERE!

The coordinator ije Awele movement Oji-River LG, Hon. Engr. Uche Umeh while addressing his people and traders assured them that Oji-River LG remains PDP and stands 100 percent with all the PDP candidates from Dr. Peter Mbah and Barr. Ifeanyi Ossai, Engr. osita Ngwu (RG), Engr. Dr. Anayo Onwuegbu (Omeiheukwu) their son and Hon. Jeff Mbah. He took time to highlight everything the PDP-led government has done for the Oji-River people, especially under the government of Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, with an assurance that Dr. Peter Mbah will consolidate on it to do more for them.

According to him, Engr. Osita Ngwu (RG) is for Oji River, and the Oji River people are for him. He's a leader to partner with. He further reminded the traders about the benevolent and generous heart of their son Engr. Anayo Onwuegbu, which proves that the interest of the poor mass will come first.

Also speaking, Hon. Chukwuemeka Anukwelu guaranteed the traders that Hon. Jeff Mbah deserves their support to keep representing them well at the Enugu State House of Assembly for the betterment of Ndi Oji-River.

Today's market sensitization Tour witnessed the purchasing of fuel for some motorcyclists (okada riders) in Oji River LG in support of all the PDP candidates from Dr. Peter Mbah, Engr. Osita Ngwu (RG), Engr. Dr.Anayo Onwuegbu (omeiheukwu), and Hon. Jeff Mbah by one of Oji-River philanthropists and son Dr. Magnus Chukwuekezie who sponsors today's event.
