In a very special way, I want to appreciate the people of Enugu, especially the Youths who came out to participate in today's Cleanup exercise.
My gratitude goes to our high-ranking Youth Leaders in the person of Hon. Chima Obieze(Member Representing Const. Ezeagu In ENHA), Hon. Onoh (Member representing Enugu south const. in ENHA), Hon. Chinedu Otaka (Member representing Aninri Const. in ENHA), Barr Levis Abonyi (Executive Sec. ENSLB), Hon. Humphrey Onyima (SSA on media and public affairs to the Gov.), Hon. Mike Ogbuekwe(SPA on Agric to the Gov.), Hon. Arinze Chilo-Offiah (SSA on SME to the Gov.), Mr. Jerry Okeze (Udoakpuenyi), CYON, NANS JCC ENUGUP, PDP students wing, NYA, Ezeagu youths etc. for their high level of Patriot.
The turn up was great and i must say that the level of patriotism from the Youths through their humanitarian contributions was awesome; the volunteers cleared up the trails, picked up trash and removed different barricades from the roads. Your actions today is a testament to the fact that we are the generation that will make a difference.
I urge each and everyone of us to continue with this tempo and to encourage others to join us in restoring Enugu State back it's original state.
N.B:
You must NOT converge at a particular place. You can come out and tidy up the debris in your street or anywhere close to your house that was affected.
Cmr. Romanus Ogene. NANS Chairman, Enugu State.
