NANS Enugu State announces the winners of the first batch of the Virtual learning. The chairman of the NANS JCC Enugu Comr. Ogene Romanus this morning unveils the winners of the just concluded first batch of the virtual learning, congratulates the winners for their wonderful performance.  He commended the efforts of the organizers of this prestigious exercise Which centres on developing  and maintaining the intellectual etiquette of Nigerian students especially during this pandemic. Contrary to earlier reports, the Department of State Security Services, DSS has clarified that the EFCC boss Ibrahim Magu was not arrested. The Department of State Services (DSS) wishes to inform the public that it did not arrest Ibrahim MAGU, Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) as has been reported by sections of the media. The Service, has since, today, 6th July, 2020, been inundated with enquiries over the alleged arrest. The Department of State Services (DSS) has arrested Ibrahim Magu, acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). According to cable report, his arrest comes a few days after Abubakar Malami, attorney-general of the federation (AGF), accused the anti-graft czar of gross infractions. TheC learnt the EFCC chief travelled to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, without the authorisation of the president during the lockdown. And when he was queried, he said he went for an investigation. He is also alleged to be living above his means. x
